Orientation & Transition Experiences offers a number of sponsorship and promotional opportunities for organizations that have an interest in reaching the new student and/or parent audiences.
Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities
Interested in becoming an Orientation & Transition Experiences Corporate Sponsor? Corporate Sponsorship opportunities are available to external partners. This formalized agreement requires a minimum $6,000 contribution and allows Orientation & Transition Experiences to create sponsorship packages that provide branding and face time to our key audiences including new freshmen, transfer students, and parents. Our office services offer 15,000 participants through Orientation, Welcome Week, and first-year and second-year programming. Some of these items include:
- Program funding
- Promotional Item Giveaways
- Meals
- Tabling Opportunities
- Featured Restaurant Recommendations for Parent Orientation
- Featured Hotel Recommendations for parents and guests
- Featured Discounts to students and guests

Explore U Vendors
This is a great opportunity for local businesses and organizations to have direct contact with incoming freshmen and transfer students. Explore U is attended by over 4,000 new students and current student leaders. Table space goes on sale in April, and the event takes place the Saturday before Labor Day during Welcome Week.
